Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 6 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please record a clear unboxing video and take photos of the damaged item. Contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement as per our policy.
What is the refund process and how long does it take?
Once we receive proof (video & images) of a damaged product, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 3–5 working days. Refund will be made through the same payment method used.
How long does delivery take?
